Open and Expand: 45 minute flow
This 45 minute flow is to help build strength in the legs, openness in the hips, and clarity in the mind. The recommended mantra for meditation during the practice is : "I am loved and complete” This is open to all levels of yoga practitioners, with the ability to modify or the option to level up. Be sure to have some water, and rest when you need to. Optional props: 2 yoga blocks
